摘要
介绍了评定APICF柴油机油高温清净性的开特皮勒 1M PC试验方法的建立情况 ,采用 1M PC试验标准油80 2、80 6进行对比验证试验 ,并对不同配方和剂量的CF油品进行评定。研究表明 :试验方法有较好的重复性和区分性。CF油品配方在采用了兰州润滑油研究开发中心研制的新剂后 ,总剂量可大幅降低 ,清净性能提高明显 。
The caterpillar 1M PC test method used to evaluate the high-temperature detergency of API CF diesel engine oil was described. Having contrasted and verified with 1M PC test standard oils 802 and 806,and evaluated CF oils with different formula and additives capacity,it was indicated that this test method had good repeatability and distinctiveness.The total additives capacity can be decreased to a great extent,the detergency can be improved remarkably after the new agent developed by Lanzhou Lubricating Oil Research & Development Institute was used to the formula of CF oil.It has filled in the gaps in evaluation bench for high temperature performance of API CF supercharged diesel engine oil in China.
