摘要 本文研究了不同矿化剂 ,不同温度对水热条件下合成α Al2 O3 晶体的大小、形貌和晶体质量的影响。发现在矿化剂浓度为 0 .1MKOH和 1MKBr条件下 ,填充度为 35 % ,温度为 380℃时Al(OH) 3 只转化成薄水铝石 ,无α Al2 O3晶体生成 ;388℃时只是部分转化成α Al2 O3 ;在 395℃以上时完全能转化成α Al2 O3 ,晶体形状为六棱柱形。在矿化剂浓度为 1MKOH时 ,填充度 35 % ,温度为 380℃时 ,即有部分Al(OH) 3 转化成α Al2 O3 ,390℃以上完全转化成α Al2 O3 。 This paper is to study the effects of different mineralizer,temperature on the size,shape and quality of α-Al 2O 3 crystal.It is found that when 0.1M KOH and 1M KBr are used as mineralizer at 380℃ and the fill factor is approximately 35%,Al(OH) 3 is not transformed into α-Al 2O 3 but boehmite.Whereas under the same conditions at 388℃,some of Al(OH) 3 is transformed into α-Al 2O 3.When the temperature is above 395℃,the synthesized crystal is entirely α-Al 2O 3 whose shape is hexagonal prism.When only 1M KOH is used as mineralizer and the fill factor is approximately 35% at 380℃,some of Al(OH) 3 is transformed into α-Al 2O 3.When the temperature is above 395℃,all Al(OH) 3 is transformed into α-Al 2O 3 whose shape is diamond.
