摘要
利用助熔剂法 ,采用顶部籽晶生长技术 ,氧化硼为助熔剂 ,KF为添加剂 ,成功地生长出激光照射下无散射颗粒的非线性光学晶体三硼酸锂 (LBO) ,同时 ,对本实验中常见的工艺问题 :籽晶炸裂、原料外溢、坩埚膨胀等进行了报道 ,并针对上述问题 。
High quality optical crystal LBO was grown by using top-seeded flux method and KF additive.We have grown the LBO with no scattering particals under laser irradiating succesfully.Meanwhile,we report some technical problems in common and present the methods to solve these problems.
