电硅热三步法微碳铬铁冶炼中电极对合金增碳的探讨

摘要 在电硅热三步法微碳铬铁生产中,存在着电极对合金的增碳。集中法和堆底法由于操作制度不同,电极对合金增碳的情况和程度也有所不同。集中法电极增碳主要是在精炼期;堆底法电极对合金的增碳则贯穿在熔化期和精炼期的整个冶炼过程,故增碳更为严重。 In manufacturing of low-carbon ferrochromium by electric-silicothermic process the carburetion of metal from electrode has occured.There were some difference in condition and extent of carburetion between the centralizing process and the piling on bottom process,because of their distinct operation regime.The carburetion for the former process is predominant in refining period and that for the later process is theroghout the whole process,which is more serious than the former one.
