摘要
以活性炭固载的杂多酸为催化剂 ,由乙酰乙酸乙酯分别与乙二醇和 1,2 -丙二醇缩合合成了苹果酯和苹果酯 -B。考察了影响收率的因素 ,最佳条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯 :醇 :催化剂 :带水剂为 1mol:1.3mol:5g :10 0ml,反应在回流温度下进行 ,反应时间约 3h。收率可达 92 .4%和 89.6 % 。
Fructone-B and Fructon B were synthesized with the heteropoly acids supported on activated carbon as catalyst. Various factors that effect the reaction yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: ethyl acetoacetate: alcohol: catalyst: agent to remove water is 1.0mol:1.3mol:5g:100ml; reaction temperature is reflux temperature; reation time is about 3h. The yields are above 92.4% and 89.6% and the catalyst could be used once more.
