Comparison of Genomic DNA Extraction Methods in Peach

通过对桃基因组DNA几种提取方法所得的DNA质量分析,表明分步离心法是最为理想的提取方法,能满足RAPD及其他分子生物学研究的需要。用此方法提取桃不同部位基因组DNA,结果分析表明,从嫩叶和幼嫩果实提取DNA产率较高。

Based on the analysis of several isolation methods for genomic DNA of peach,results showed that the step by step-centrifugation method was optimal for RAPD and other molecular biology researches.The DNA samples of different tissue of peach prepared by such method showed the DNA output obtained from young leaves and young fruit was high.
