以科技为依托走农业产业化道路 促进双低油菜发展

Developing Agricultural Industrialization and Promoting Canola Rape Production Depending on Advancement of Science and Technology

我国的油菜籽产量居世界第一位 ,随着双低油菜的逐年推广普及 ,油菜产业的发展潜力十分巨大 ,从 1996年开始 ,我国从油脂油料出口国转变为进口大国 ,中国已经加入WTO,面临国际市场的激烈竞争 ,我国农业存在的农民增收难问题将日渐突出。如何应对加入 WTO带来的巨大挑战 ,我们认为 :因地制宜 ,调整农业经济结构 ,依靠农业科技进步 ,走产业化经营的道路 。

The total rapeseed yield in China is at the first position in the world. Rape industry has greatly developing potentiality with extension of canola rape in recent years. China has transferred to a big importing country from a exporting country in oil and oil materials since 1996. As China joined WTO and faced strong competition in international markets, the problem of farmer's low income will be severity. How to deal with the challenge as China joined in WTO, we think that the key road to promote agricultural modernization is to adjust agricultural economic structure and develop agricultural industrialization depending on advancement of science and technology
