Revelation from Organization System and Operational Mechanism of World Forestry Scientific Research

通过对世界现行林业科技管理体制和模式的系统评述 ,从全球、区域和国家三个层面 ,分别对发达国家、中等水平和发展中国家科研运行机制进行了比较研究 ,并就改革和完善我国现行的林业科研机构和机制提出了一些对策性建议。

The organization system and operational mechanism on global, regional and country levels were reviewed and compared through systematically evaluating current management mechanism and models of world forestry scientific research, and a case study of the developed, less developed and developing countries were also carried out. A strategic policy suggestion was propounded for reforming and perfecting our forestry scientific research system and mechanism in this paper.
