文章指出,采用搭配难熔铬矿,配入适量铁粒或铁矿,控制渣中 MgO/Al_2O_3比值为1.8,SiO_2/Al_2O_3为1.3,合金含硅量控制在3.0%以上,可生产出 C≤8%、Cr50—55%的低碳低铬炭素铬铁。
This paper points out that high-carbon ferrochrome with C≤8% Cr50—55% can be produced by means of blending high-melting chrome ore in mix,adding a moderate amount of ferrous granular or iron ore,controlling the slag with MgO/Al_2 O_3≈1.8,SiO_2/Al_2 O_3≈1.3 and the produced alloy with a silicon content more than 3%.
