摘要
本文论述了上海铁合金厂四年来采用跳汰技术回收渣中铬铁的生产实践及技术进展,探讨与介绍了在完善工艺设备、把握给矿粒度、提高回收率、跳汰制度及尾渣利用等方面的经验,并提出今后设想与建议。
This paper describs the productive practice and the technological develop- ment of recovering ferrochrome entrained in slag with jigging process at Sha- nghai Ferroalloy Plant for the past four years.On aspects such as improving the jigging equipment,controlling the size of the feeding slag,increasing the recovery,the jig working system and utilizing the waste slag are introduced. The plans and the suggestions for the future are presented.
