The results of the experiment showed that:The best method of identification of TMV?Leaf Mold and Root-knot Nematode is:Root-knot Nematode is inoculated at 2 true leaf,water into the soil,5 000 nematodes/plant,investigate the disease after 50 days;TMV is inoculated at 3 true leaf,wear on the leaf,the concentration is 1 g diseased leaf mingled with 10 g distilled water,investigate the disease after 20 days;Leaf Mold is inoculated at 4 true leaf,spraying on the leaf,the concentration is 10 6 spores/mL,investigate the disease after 18 days.$$$$
