摘要
实施创新教育要求教师了解创新素质结构和掌握创新教育目标体系。本文拟针对创新素质结构的内容和要素进行全面具体分析和说明。文章认为创新素质结构是由创新知识技能、创新智能和创新人格所组成的三维复合体。在对创新素质结构进行剖析的基础上 ,文章尝试建构较完整的创新教育目标体系。
Innovative education requires the teacher to know about innovative quality composition and grasp its objectiue analysis on the content and the major elements of innovative quality composition.It claims that innovatiue quality composition is the 3-dimension integrity consisting of innovatiue knowledge and skille,innovatine intelligence and innovatiue personality.Based on the dissection of innovatine quality composition,the writer attempts to establish a comparatiuely integral objectiue system of innovatiue education.
