摘要
推证了无磁场时电子等离子体的等效介电系数,根据本构关系认为无磁场电子等离子体属各向同性介质.从色散关系得出等离子体中传播电磁波的相速、群速,并以此为依据对等离子体中传播的电磁波性质进行了分析.
Abstract: The essay proves the equivalent dia-electric constant of plasma in non-magnetic field. Accordingto the original structured relations, the author thinks that plasma is of same medium in non-magnetic field.And from chromatic dispersion the phase velocity and group velocity of plasma in spreadingelectromagnetic are ganed in the light of which the electro magnetic nature is also anafyzed.
