我国信息资源建设中存在的问题是人们的信息意识比较淡薄、信息资源管理不到位、市场机制不健全、数据库建设不理想、工作人员的知识结构欠缺、信息立法不够完善、信息污染比较严重,相应的对策是通过宣传等手段增强人们的信息意识、强化科学管理、建立完善的市场导向机制,大力加强数据库建设,培养一支适应现代信息枝术管理的人才队伍,建立健全完善的信息法律体系,使我国的信息资源建设朝着健康方向发展．

Abstract: Problems existing in our countrys information resources construction are peoples lightawareness, inappropriate management, incomplete market organism, unsatisfying databank constriction,insufficient knowledge structure, imperfect information legislation and bad pollution to information.Therefore, countermeasures such as publicity and so on should be taken to increase information awareness,intensify scientific management, reinforce databank construction and thain a line of talented people who canbe adapted to modem information techmology management, build and complere perfect information lawSystem, in order to make our countrys information resources constfuction develop towards healthy direction.
