摘要
本文研究了用高效液相色谱测定N -甲基乙酰氧基乙酰苯胺的方法。采用HypersilC18柱 ,以甲醇 :水 =6 0 :4 0 (V/V)为流动相。该方法的变异系数为 0 4 3% ,回收率为 98 9%～ 10 0 6 %
A method for the analysis of acetoxy-N-methylacetailide by HPLC on Hypersil C 18 chromatographic column has been put forward.The coefficient variation of the method was 0.43%,the recovery was 98.9%～100.6%
