摘要
本文采用稀释滴种法对饲喂氯霉素后不同日龄雏鸡盲肠中的8种主要正常菌群(乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌、消化球菌、类杆菌、真杆菌、梭菌及大肠杆菌)进行定量分析,以添加剂量、治疗剂量和冲击剂量的氯霉素饲喂3d,结果添加剂量组和治疗剂量组正常菌群数需3d左右恢复正常,冲击剂量组则需6d才能恢复正常,以添加剂量氯霉素饲喂一个月,则正常菌群数需更长时间(15~20 d)才能恢复正常,药敏试验结果表明:投药组正常菌群耐药菌株数量明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。
The study was carried out with dripping and diluting to make quantitation on eight main bacterial flora (Lactobacillus, Eubacterium, Escherichia coli, Bacteroidaceae, Streptococcus、Clostridium、Bifidobacterium、Pepto-coccus) fed with chloramphenicolum on different days. Chicks were fed with different doses of chlorampheni-colum (Preventive, treatment, lashings). The quantity of bacterial flora in preventive dose group and treatment dose group restored in about three days. The quantity of lashings dose group needed six days to restore. In chicks fed with preventive dose of chloramphenicolum for one month,the quantity of bacterial flora needed more time to restore. The result of medicine sensitivity test shows that the quantity of resistant strains in chick's jejunum of test group increases noticeably.
