洛美沙星透皮吸收搽剂的稳定性研究

Study on Stability of Lomefloxacin Liniment of Transdermal Absorbent Preparation

建立了兽医透皮吸收新型制剂洛美沙星搽剂中洛美沙星高效液相色谱测定法。用初均速法探讨其热稳定性,用强光照射试验探讨其光稳定性。结果表明,洛美沙星搽剂热降解活化能（E）=103.20KJ/mol,室温（25℃）贮存有效期为675 d;洛美沙星搽剂的光稳定性较差;高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确。

The HPLC method has been established to determine the content of lomefloxacin in liniment,which is a new form of preparation used for veterinary medication via transdermal absorption. The stability of lomefloxacin liniment was studied by using the initial average rate method and illumination test. The result showed that the energy of activation of lomefloxacin liniment prepared was 103. 20KJ/mol and its shelflife at 25℃ was 675 day. But the preparation was unstable when it was exposed to strong light. The HPLC method has been proved to be a fast and precise one for the determination of the amount of the lomefloxacin in the liniment.
