岩薯5号不同处理及其变异株系(龙薯3号)同工酶变化探讨 被引量:5

摘要 利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶板电泳分析技术 ,对不同处理后的甘薯品种岩薯 5号及其变异株系 (现已命名为龙薯 3号 )的叶片中 3种同工酶进行测定。结果表明 ,同一品种 ,经脱毒处理后的样品 ,其酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶活性均有一定程度的增强 ;过氧化物酶同工酶的活性变化与样品的抗病性具有一定的联系 ;岩薯 5号变异株系 (龙薯 3号 )在过氧化物酶同工酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶谱上均出现一条特征谱带 。 In this research, 3 isoenzymes extracted from the leaves of Yanshu No.5, which was treated in different ways, and its mutant (Longshu No.3) were examined by means of polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. The results indicated that the activities of esterase isozyme (EST) and cytochrome oxidase isozyme (COD) in virusfree sweet potato (SP) plants were higher than those in normal SP plants, the changes of peroxidase isozyme (POD) activity probably associated with the plants' disease resistance. The results also showed that one typically characteristic band was found from POD bands and COD bands of Longshu No.3, which showed notable variety difference between Longshu No.3 and the variety of Yanshu No.5.
