高温胁迫影响雄性棉铃虫生殖力的生理机制 被引量:9

摘要 为明确高温 ( 33℃ )影响棉铃虫雄性生殖力的生理机制 ,在明确棉铃虫对高温敏感期的基础上 ,用孚尔根涂片法通过光镜定性观察和定量分析了高温对精子发生和形成过程的影响 ,同时也对高温下精包腺和附腺的结构和功能作了研究。结果表明 ,棉铃虫雄性 6龄幼虫至 3日龄蛹期以及成虫期对高温敏感 ,6龄幼虫和蛹前期对高温的敏感性是由于高温影响了真核和无核精子的形成过程 ,其中精细胞囊期对高温最敏感 ,精细胞囊经受高温后 ,不能充分伸长 ,导致蛹后期精巢中出现大量畸形精细胞囊 ,高温还导致畸形精子束的产生 ; In order to clarify the effect mechanism of high temperature on male cotton bollworm fecundity, the effect of high temperature(33℃) on spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis by Feulgen Spread Procedure was investigated, and the development and secretion of male accessory gland and spermatophore gland were studied. The results showed that there was eupyrene apyrene dichotomous spermatogenesis in cotton bollworm. High temperature inhibited eupyrene apyrene spermiogenesis but did not affect eupyrene apyrene spermatogenesis, and the sensitive period to high temperature was eupyrene apyrene spermatid cyst stage. Eupyrene spermiogenesis was spoiled by high temperature in the period from 6th instar larvae to 3 day old pupae which consistent with the period of fertile egg production, and apyrene spermiogenesis in whole pupae stage. High temperature affected the elongation of spermatid cyst and the development of sperm bundle also . High temperature accelerated the development of male accessory gland and spermatophore gland,and depressed the spermatophore gland secretion capacity in adult stage. From above, we can conclude that effect of high temperature on fecundity of male cotton bollworm was mainly due to spermiogensis before emergence, and in adult stage it seems related to spermatophore gland secretion, the other reasons need further study.
