三河马运铁蛋白型的研究

Transferrin types in Sanhe horses

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对 2 5匹三河马血清样品进行了分析。发现 1 2个运铁蛋白表现型 ,即DD ,F2 F2 ,RR ,DF2 ,DH2 ,DR ,F1 R ,F2 H2 ,F2 O ,F2 R ,H2 R和OR。其中F2 F2 ,DF2 和OR所占的比例最高 ,分别为 32 % ,1 6 %和 1 2 % ,其他表现型的比例都小于 8%。运铁蛋白型由 6个共显性常染色体等位基因控制 ,即TfD,TfF1 ,TfF2 ,TfH2 ,TfO 和TfR,其基因频率分别为 0 1 6,0 0 2 ,0 48,0 0 6 ,0 1 0和 0 1 8。基因杂合度 (H)和亲权排除概率 (PE)分别为 0 70和 0 47。

Serum samples from 25 Sanhe horses were analysed by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).12 Tf phenotypes were found(DD,F 2F 2,RR,DF 2,DH 2,DR,F 1R,F 2H 2,F 2O,F 2R,H 2R and OR).The phenotypes F 2F 2,DF 2 and OR had the highest frequencies within the population(32%,16% and 12%,respectively),all other phenotypes occurring with frequencies of<8%.The transferrin types were shown to be controlled by 6 codominant autosomal alleles,mamely:Tf D,Tf F1 ,Tf F2 ,Tf H2 ,Tf O and Tf R,the frequencies of which were 0 16,0 02,0 48,0 06,0 10 and 0 18,respectively.The heterozygosity(H) and probability of exclusion (PE) were 0 70 and 0 47,respectively.
