摘要
将金星×郑州早红的杂交葡萄果穗在授粉后 60 d采回 ,取出胚珠接种在 1 /2 MS无激素的液体培养基中培养 ,经1 2 0 d后转接到不同处理的培养基中促进胚萌发。试验结果表明 ,1 /2 MS培养基加 BA0 .2 mg/L结合低温处理 3 0 d的培养条件 ,胚萌发率和成苗率最高 ,所获植株占萌发胚的 86% ,占培养胚珠的 45 % 。
The berries of Venus seedless × ZhengzhouZaohong were collected 60 days after pollination. The hybrid seedless ovules were inoculated on 1/2 MS liquid medium with no hormone, 120 days later, they were transplanted to different solid medium to promote embryos germination.The results showed that on 1/2 MS medium supplemtneted BA0.2mg/L and 30 days low temperature, the rate of embryo germination and plantlet formation were the highest. The plantlet achieved were 86% of embryo germinated and 45% of ovules cultured. According to this study, the culture technique and the routine of the large vestigal ovules culture of seedless grape were discussed and suggested.
