摘要
活性氧在果实的成熟衰老过程中起着重要的作用。本文概述了活性氧对采后果实的伤害 ,活性氧与果实衰老、乙烯及 Ca2 +的关系 ,并从自由基的角度对果实成熟衰老的可能机理进行了探讨。
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play an important role in ripening and senescing of fruit. This review focuses on the injuries of ROS on postharvest fruit, the relations of ROS to ripening and senescing of fruit, ethylene and Ca 2+ . The mechanism of ripening and senescing of fruit was discussed from the free radical angle as well.
