摘要
利用几种缓释试剂加上几种赋形剂和微量矿物元素 ,按不同的处方进行合理配方 ,在弹丸模具中通过磨碎、混合、挤压等工艺成型为家畜营养缓释弹丸。将此弹丸每 2枚分为一组 ,共分 8组 ,分别称重后 ,经瘤胃瘘管投服给 8只供试羊只 ,并且在其降解的第 2 ,8,15 ,30 ,45 ,6 0 ,75和 90d分别收集被降解后弹丸 ,置于 6 5℃干烘箱内烘 2h ,室温放置 12h后逐个称重 ;用直接投服的方法 ,将弹丸投服给另外 6只供试羊只 ,分别在投饲后第 6 0d和第 90d时各屠宰 3只供试羊收集弹丸。结果表明 :家畜营养缓释弹丸在羊瘤胃中的降解率分别为 0 .97% ,5 .2 9% ,16 .17% ,31.6 3% ,34.2 6 % ,41.47% ,43.76 %和 49.73% ;采用直接投服的方法 ,在第 6 0d、第 90d屠宰时弹丸重量分别为 15 .98克和 13.80克。
Several control release reagent and excipient and trace mineral elements was mixed,extruded and ground in mould to develop nutritional controld release pellet,according to different formulation.The pellets were divided into 8 groups,2 for each,and were given to 8 experiment sheep via rumen cannulation.Samples were collected after 2d,8d,15d,30d,45d,60d,75d and 90d incubation in rumen,and weighted respectively after drying in 65℃ for 2h and in room temperature for 12h.Another 6 sheep ,90d were used to receive pellets per os,3 of them were slaughtered 60d,90d after treatment and the pellets in rumen were collected.The results showed that the rate of degradation of the nutritional controled release pellet were 0.97%,5.29%,16.17%,31.63%,34.26%,41.47%,43.76% and 49.73% in rumen of sheep The pellets weighted 15.98 and 13.80 60d and 90d after incubation in rumen,respectively.
