摘要
采用 MINQUE(l)的统计方法 ,利用 ADM模型 ,估算陆地棉 8个杂交亲本和 FI代 2 8个组合的 5项纤维品质性状的遗传效应。结果表明 ,纤维品质 2 .5 %跨距长度和整齐度、伸长率具有 0 .10和 0 .0 5显著母体效应 ,纤维强度和麦克隆值无母体效应存在。纤维品质性状主要受加性效应影响 ,显性效应也起较大的作用 ,5项纤维品质性状的广义和狭义遗传率均达到极显著水准。利用 AD模型估算各组合 F1 、F2 纤维品质性状的杂种优势 ,群体超亲优势的预测值均为极显著负优势 。
Five fiber traits of 8 parents and their 28 F 1 crosses of upland cotton were analyzed for their additive dominance and maternal effects alternatively by MINQUE(1) approaches. The results indicated that maternal effects for 2.5% span length, uniformity and elongation were statistically signsificance at 0.10, 0.05 levels.Fiber strength and micronaire value didn't show maternal effects. The fiber traits were mainly controlled by the additive effects and by dominant effect rather significantly as well. Broad and narrow sense heritability estimates were significance at 0.01 level for fiber traits. The better parent beterosis of fiber traits were analyzed by the genetic model of additive dominance by MINQUE(1) approaches for predicting the genotypic value and heterosis for offspring of hybrids. The fiber traits were significantly negative for the better parental heterosis in upland cotton.
