A total of 208 Huanghai goats were divided into several groups on basis of 2×4 experiement design according to the difference in goats reproduction to study the influence of Synchronization oestrus betweent the yielded goats and the unknown state of reproduction in 3 kinds of treat ment days by place of progesterone embolism.The result showed that the oestrus in 96 hours after the treatment of 12,14 and 16 days averaged 34.5%,and that of the yielded was 14.61% higher than that of the unknown,but there was no significantly differet between them(P>0.05).The back estrus date in 30 days after breeding the yielded and the unknown goats were 60.61% and 43.18% respectively with no obviously different(P>0.05).These results suggested that the best time of synchronization oestrus in goats by progesterone embolism was 12 days.
