Study on the Erythrocytic Immunofunctions of Arbor Acres Chicken

应用红细胞C3b受体花环 (C3bReceptorRosette ,C3bRR)和复合物花环 (ImmuneComplexRosette,ICR)试验证实爱拔益加肉鸡红细胞表面存在补体C3b受体 (C3bR) ,表明红细胞免疫系统RCIS(RedCellImmuneSystem)的概念适用于这种动物。文中对红细胞C3bRR和ICR分别代表红细胞表面C3bR“空位”和“占位”

Using erythrocytic C 3b receptor rosette(C 3bRR) and immune complex rosette(ICR) tests,we demonstrated that there were complement C 3b receptor(CR 1) on the surface of the erythrocytes of Arbor Acres Chicken,which corroborated that Siegel's hypothesis of red cell immune system(RCIS) also is true in this animal.In this thesis,The meaning and reason of 'free state'and'connective state' of the erythrocytic CR were elucidated well,respectively being represented by erythrocytic C 3bRR and ICR.
