亚精胺浸种对水稻种子萌发及秧苗生长的影响

Effect of Spermidine Soaking Seed on Germination and Seedling Growth for Rice

用 0 .1～ 1 .5mmol/L的亚精胺浸种处理水稻中籼 898种子。结果表明 :亚精胺浸种能提高水稻种子呼吸强度及发芽率 ;增加秧苗叶片数、叶绿素含量、根体积、干物质重 ,有很好的促根壮苗作用 ;以 1 .

Paddy rice seed(ZhongXian898)is treated by 0.1-1.5 mmol/l of spermidine soaking seed.The results showed that breath and germination were increased,the number of the leaf quantity,the concentration of chlorophyll,the volume of root system,and the weight of dry matter were also increased.It is excellent function of promoted lymph.Effect is very best by 1.0 mmol/l treatment.
