基于光场感生电离线偏振激励低密度等离子体电离参数研究

Ionization Parameter Study of Optical-Field-Ionized B-Like N System at Low Density

摘要 以类硼氮系统为例 ,对基于光场感生电离线偏振激励低密度等离子体的电离参数进行了研究 ,由此确定了对于适合复合机制的类硼氮 4 5 .2 1nm的产生 ,其最佳激励激光强度为 5× 10 1 5W cm2 。 The ionization parameters of B-like N system are studied driven by linely polarized laser at low density. The optimum laser intensity suited for B-like N system is 5&middot1015 W/cm2. At the same time, the calculated result is analyzed.
