摘要
生物软组织的弹性系数通常和组织的病理状态有关。弹性成像技术有希望成为软组织病变诊断和力学特性评价的有效手段。基于通常的利用超声回波和时域互相关技术重建组织弹性及应变分布的方法,提出了一种超声回波跟踪波段的自适应筛选算法,以牺牲一定的纵向分辨率为代价来换取重建误差的减小。计算机仿真实验的结果揭示了这种方法的可行性。另外,还提出了一种应变重建前进行数据预处理的方法。
The elasticity of compliant tissue reflects its physiological and pathological characteristics. The technique ofultrasonic elastography based on time delay estimation with cross-correlation is a promising method that may eventuallyallow early detection of many tissue pathologies and assess the biomechanical properties. In this paper, a strain recon-struction method based on adaptive selecting of tracing echo segments is established. It reduces reconstruction errors inthe cost of degradation of axial resolution. The results of computer simulations indicate the feasibility of this method.
