摘要
为了克服中、低强度材料KⅠd试验的困难 ,提出了KⅠd实用测量法。这种实用测量法由纯平面应变侧切三点弯曲试件、KⅠd型落锤试验机和缓冲铝垫最大载荷记录法配套组成。实验结果证明 ,该方法能用小试件在完全脆断条件下十分简便、可靠和经济地测定中、低强度材料的KⅠd值。
In order to overcome these difficults for the K Ⅰd test of medium low strength materials, a practical method for determining K Ⅰd values is proposed by the auther. The practical method consists of the side cut three point bending specimen, the K Ⅰd type of drop weight testing machine and the aluminium pad recording for the maximium load. Experiments verify that the practical method can easily, accurately and economically determine K Ⅰd values of the medium low strength materials on the basis of full brittle fracture by means of small specimen.
