摘要
柴油机中的齿轮罩壳铸件在机加工及搬运过程中发生开裂。对开裂件进行了理化检验 ,认为铸造铝合金中杂质铁含量较高 ,同时在熔炼时变质不良 ,使铸件的晶粒粗大 ,力学性能下降 ,尤其是材料的伸长率明显下降 ,导致铸件脆性开裂。
Cracking of diesel engine gear house casting during machining and handling was analyzed. The results showed that high impurity content of iron and poor modification of silicon lowered the mechanical properties of the casting, especially the ductility, leading to cracking during machining and handling. Preventive measures were proposed.
