摘要
以正交实验确定四川桤木硫酸盐法制浆和H2O2漂白的最佳工艺条件。该条件下,除撕裂指数偏低外其他各项指示均可。经过H2O2漂白白度可达62.2%ISO。实验室配抄新闻纸实验表明,桤木化学浆以适当的比例与含有部分长纤维的废纸脱墨浆等浆种混合配抄可获得令人满意的结果。
The optimized conditions for kraft pulping and hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Alnus Cremastogyone Burk were studied based on the analysis of fiber morphology and chemical composition.Excluding tear index,all strength properties of the kraft pulp were satisfaction.Brightness of hydrogen peroxide bleached pulp was up to62.2%ISO.Laboratory experiment showed that Alus Cremastigyone Burk kraft pulp could be used as one of the components of the newsprint furnish.
