涂布纸板机的张力特性与控制策略

Characteristics of Tension and Control Strategy of Coating Machines

分析了涂布纸板机各传动点之间的张力分布和传递过程,对张力和速度,张力和转矩,以及张力的叠加等问题进行了研究,并在1台涂布纸板机的变频传动项目中实施。结果表明,分析结果和采用的措施是正确的。

The multi-subsection synchronous drive system of coating machine is different from that of general paper machine.Because the tension of the sheet in coating machine is greater,it can bring about the transmission of tension and torque among every drive point.In or-der to meet the demand of certain tension,it is necessary that some drive points maybe shift between the states of electrodynamics and gen-erate electricity.Therefore,it brings some difficulty to the synchronous speed control,even can affect the normal production.In this paper,the distribution and transmit process of tension among every drive point of coating machine are analyzed in detail.Also the problems such as tension and speed,tension and torque,the superposition are studied.The application of the tension control system in a coating machine shows that the conclusion of analysis and the measure used are correct.
