摘要
以矮牵牛为原料,利用HCl—乙醇、乙醇、蒸馏水、丙酮浸提矮牵牛红色素,选出了最佳提取液,并对其理化性质进行了研究,从而为矮牵牛红色素的提取及应用提供了科学的依据。
The red pig ment was extracted from petunia.We selected the best extracting solution among HCl-CH 3 CH 2 OH,CH 3 CH 2 OH,H 2 O and CH 3 COCH 3 .In addition,we studied the qualities of red pig ment.So,the scientific basis for the extraction and application of red pig ment is provided.
