摘要
研究了乙二胺-β—CD(β—CDen)对胆固醇的增溶效果,结果表明,增溶倍数(St/So)可达到最大值(约15.0)。在达到最大增溶之前,β—CDen和胆固醇可形成稳定的1∶1包合物。
The solubilization of cholesterol promoted by ethylenediamine -β-cyclodextrin (β-CD en )in water was investig ated in this paper.The results showed that the solubilization coefficient (S t /S o )of β-CD en for cholesterol has a peak (about 15.0).By means of linear reg ression,it is demonstrated that β-CD en and cholesterol can form stable1∶1inclusion complex before maximal solubilization.
