盐矿电厂真空冷凝器的纽带自动清洗技术研究

摘要 本文简要介绍了污垢对电厂冷凝器真空度和出力的严重影响,叙述了自转塑料纽带的污垢自动清洗原理,模拟试验证明自转纽带的清洗除垢能力强,足以满足传热设备的清洗防垢要求。以电厂汽轮机的凝汽器污垢清洗为例,定量分析了不同厚度污垢对传热系数的影响幅度,举例计算采用自转塑料纽带清洗技术可以创造的高效益。 This paper states briefly the seriou s influence of the fouling on the vacu um and output of con-densates in power plants.This technology principle to self -clean fouling with self -rotating plastic strip s is described.By the stimulated experiments,it is proved that the cleaning ability is enough to meet the request of cleaning fouling of heat exchangers.To take the fouling of condensers of steam turbines in power plant as an example,the influence of the different thick fouling on heat transfer is analyzed quantitatively.By giving an example,the influence of the different thick fouling on heat transfer is analyzed quantitatively.Giving an d ex-ample calculate the high economic benefits calculated caused by using th e new technology.
