Teachers' Self- cultivation and Leading Role in Practical Writing Teaching

应用写作能力是智能结构中不可缺少的组成部分,对大学生进行现代应用写作能力的训练,是实施素质教育的基础,也是高校教学的重要一环。本文试从应用写作教学角度探讨教师的主体修养、主导作用对教学的有益启迪,提出教学法改革之浅见。

Practical wrlting is a necessary part in Intelligence structure. Modern writing practice for college str-dents is the basic of qualtiy education as well as an important link of educaton. The article points out thatteach-ers self-cultivation and leading role are helpful to teaching in terms of practical writing teaching and puts for-ward some teaching reform methods.
