摘要
本文对易切削塑料模具钢 8K进行了铣削加工参数优化试验研究 ,对刀具材料进行了优选 ,给出了常用的M 2高速钢刀具和YTS2 5硬质合金刀具粗、精铣削的较为理想的加工用量范围。这些结论从理论和实验两个方面为企业生产决策提供了支持 ,可作为制造塑料模具的重要参考。
In this paper, the parameters optimization tests on free-cutting plastic die steel 8K in milling are made. The cutting tool materials are optimized and the rational ranges of milling parameters of common HSS M2 and Carbide YTS25 in rough milling and finish milling are presented. The conclusions provide supports to enterprise production from both theory and experiment, and can be considered as an important reference to manufacturing plastic dies.
