摘要
离子碳氮共渗具有渗速快,渗层及表面质量好,变形小及节能的优点。850—870℃离子碳氮共渗后直接淬火,更适合于精密零件的热处理。实践证明这是具有推广价值的新工艺。
A plasma nitrocarburizing furnace and the process concerned have been developed. The quenching process was conducted directly follow the ionic co-impregnation at 850~870℃. The new technology has a lot of advantages over the conventional one in diffusion speed qualified finish and energy saving which showed a broad prospects for industrial practice.
