摘要
根据已经建立的断续磨削温度场数学模型及其积分解通式 ,用VC ++编程语言模拟编制出了计算断续磨削温度场的通用软件·此软件不仅可以计算断续磨削温度 ,而且也包括了普通磨削温度的计算 ,计算时考虑了磨削液和热源强度分布对磨削温度的影响·为研究普通磨削和断续磨削温度 ,合理选择砂轮参数 。
A general visual software for intermittent grinding temperature field calculation was developed in VC++ Language based on the intermittent grinding thermal model and its integral resolution formula. The software can give the curve graphs of temperature distribution and temperature rising of ground workpiece subsurface under the conditions of different grinding parameters. It is suitable for both intermittent grinding and conventional grinding. The effect of grinding fluids and the heat source distribution coefficient on grinding temperature was considered. The software provides a quick and effective method for studying intermittent grinding temperature and conventional grinding temperature, selecting grinding wheel parameters rationally, and predicting the thermal damage of workpiece.
