摘要
文化在大学英语教学中起着越来越重要的作用 ,而翻译是进行文化教学的手段 .首先论述了语言、文化与翻译三者之间的密切关系 ,然后以词汇为例探讨了所蕴涵的文化内涵及其翻译方法 .
Culture plays a more and more important role in teaching College English. Translation is regarded as a means of teaching culture. The article gives a detailed account of the relationship between language culture and translation. Based on a number of convincing examples and from the angle of analysis, the article explores the cultural connotation and its interaction with translation.
