摘要
通过对外光反馈半导体激光器动态特性的数值模拟 ,结果表明 :在弱反馈下系统处于稳态 ;增加反馈量 ,系统由周期性振荡变为不规则的振荡 ;反馈量继续增加时 ,系统的输出不再是周期振荡 。
The dynamic characteristic of semiconductor laser with external-cavity optical feedback is studied. By simulation,the results show: for small optical feedback, the system is stable;with increasing feedback amount, the system induces irregular oscillation through periodic oscillation. But, with increasing feedback amount successively, the output of the system is not periodic oscillation but becomes irregular impulse.
