摘要
在微型反应器中对负载离子聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维 (ACF)进行了脱除 NO的实际效果对比 ,定量测定在不同温度下它们与 NO的反应产物 ,通过程序升温脱附 (TPD)、热重 (TG)及扫描电镜 (SEM)的研究 ,为反应机理探索和催化剂筛选提供了依据。结果显示 ,金属离子的引入可大大提高催化活性。考察了所选负载铜离子 ACF在不同气氛下的变化规律 ,并进行了化学动力学计算。实验结果表明 ,以聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维为载体负载铜离子的ACF具有较高催化还原活性。活性碳纤维既作载体又作还原剂 。
The reaction of NO with activated carbon fiber (ACF) modified by Cu was carried out in a micro-reactor system and the products of this reaction were analyzed. By use of TG, TPD and SEM, Cu/C was evaluated and selected successfully. Moreover, the influences of O2, O2 + CO, and temperature on NO reduction were examined. The test results show that NO concentration may be reduced effectively. Cu/C shows excellent performance. ACF acts as both supporter and reductant and its surface properties become very important.
