摘要
用热重法对柴油机排气中的炭烟与 NO2 的反应性能进行了研究 ,考察了反应温度和 NO2 浓度对消炭速率的影响 ,并根据实验数据在 NO2 气氛下对炭烟的消炭速率进行了反应动力学处理 ,得到了可用以计算炭烟消炭速率的动力方程与有关的参数。与在氧气气氛下炭烟消炭速率的比较可见 ,NO2 的消炭速率远大于 O2 。
The oxidation reaction of NO 2 and diesel exhaust particulate were studied by means of the thermo gravimetric method in order to study the possibility of cleaning soot particulates in this way.Experiments were carried out at a constant temperature and NO 2 concentration,as well as under temperature programmed conditions.Results show that the reaction velocity is increased as the temperature or NO 2 concentration increases.A macro kinetic model for this reaction was assumed according to experimental data,the order of NO 2 concentration is 0.5 and activation energy is 11 972 J/mol.A set of experiments were carried out for the purpose of comparing the oxidation abilities of O 2 and NO 2,results show that NO 2 has higher oxidation ability than O 2 has.
