摘要
钢丝纤维捕集器是一种简单、有效的柴油机尾气颗粒排放收集装置。捕集效率和压力损失是其两个最重要的性能指标。捕集器压力损失标志了捕集器纤维对流体流动的阻碍的程度,它导致柴油机排气背压上升。当压力降超过一定范围,会引起柴油机工作情况明显恶化。为此,本文结合了模拟实验和量纲分析,提出了这种纤维过滤器的一个简易实用的压降损失经验表达式。它可以较为准确地预测纤维颗粒捕集器的压力损失特性,为优化设计纤维颗粒捕集器提供了可靠的基础。
The steel wire trap is a kind of simple and effective collection device for diesel engine par-ticulate emission. For these kinds of traps, collection efficiency and pressure drop are the two most important characteristics. The flow pressure drop through the trap indicates an increase of backpressure of the exhaust system. It will influence the performance of the engine. Hence, in this paper, a simple but practical method, using experimental and dimensional analysis approach combined, is proposed to predict the pressure drop of the fiber trap. The method has been proved to have quite satisfactory accuracy and thus can be used as a reliable tool for optimized design of steel wire trap.
