摘要
利用一个普通小麦与中间偃麦草形成的 4 E/ 4 D蓝粒二体代换系 ,同时也是一个 1RS/ 1BL 纯合易位系 ,与不同的普通小麦品种 (系 )杂交 ,以籽粒颜色作为标记性状 ,研究了 1RS/ 1BL 易位染色体对 4 E染色体在杂种中的传递行为的影响。结果发现 ,在杂种 F1 中 ,1RS/ 1BL易位极显著地降低了 4 E染色体通过雌雄配子传递的频率。但当1RS/ 1BL 易位染色体在杂种 F1 中以二体存在时 ,其对 4 E染色体传递的影响在雌雄配子中有所不同 ,可能会进一步降低 4 E染色体通过雌配子传递的频率 ,而在雄配子中 4 E染色体的传递频率则有所提高 ,导致 F2 籽粒颜色分离出现极显著变化。这一结果表明 ,4 E染色体在杂种中的传递强烈地受 1RS/ 1BL 易位染色体及其存在状态影响 。
A stable blue grained wheat line, 97 341(2n=42), containing the genome constitutions both 1RS/1BL translocation and 4E/4D disomic substitution chromosomes, developed from the hybrid progenies of common wheat with a 8x partial amphidploid between common wheat and Agropyron intermedium species, was crossed with different common wheat varieties (lines), and the F 1 were backcrossed with their respective parents . The transmissions of 4E chromosome in these hybrids were investigated using blue color of seed as genetic marker. The results showed that the transmission rate of 4E chromosome was very more lower than expected through eggs and pollen in which were affected by monosomic 1RS/1BL translocation chromosome in hybrids. In addition, in spite of no significance, when 1RS/1BL translocation existed in disomic conditions in hybrid to influence the 4E transmission through eggs and pollen, the 4E transmission rate slightly reduced through eggs and increased through pollen, resulting in very significant more blue seeds in F 2 generation. These results suggested that the 1RS/1BL translocation chromosome and its status existed in hybrid strongly influenced upon the transmission of 4E chromosome through gametes. It also indicated that there was an interaction of different alien species germplasm in wheat genetic background to influence the expression of characters.
