摘要
叶部根腐病 (H.sativum)是黑龙江省小麦生产中的重要病害 ,由于缺乏理想的抗源材料和高效、准确的抗病性鉴定方法 ,使抗病育种进展缓慢。本研究的目的在于鉴定人工合成六倍体小麦 (硬粒小麦×粗山羊草 )对叶部根腐病的抗性 ;比较离体鉴定与田间接种鉴定结果 ,并探讨人工合成六倍体小麦材料及离体鉴定技术应用于小麦抗叶部根腐病育种的可行性。试验结果表明 :离体鉴定与田间接种鉴定结果的相关性达到极显著水平 ;人工合成六倍体小麦材料在不同抗病级别中的分布与普通小麦相似 ,其抗性较好的材料略多于普通小麦 ;通过用人工合成六倍体小麦与普通小麦杂交 。
Spot blotch caused by Helminthosporium sativum was an important disease of wheat in Heilongjiang province. Because of the shortage of resistant resources and effective evaluation method for the disease , wheat breeding for resistance to spot blotch proceeded slowly in the province. The objectives of this study were: 1. to evaluate spot blotch resistance of synthetic hexaploidy wheat derived from T. durum × T. tauschii ; 2. to compare the results of in vitro evaluation and inoculation in field; 3. to detect the feasibility of employing in vitro evaluation and the synthetic hexaploidy wheat in wheat breeding for resistance to spot blotch. The results showed that the correlationship between the results of in vitro evaluation and inoculation in field was significant at 1% level; more materials resistant to spot blotch could be found in synthetic hexapoidy wheat; synthetic hexaploidy wheat and in vitro evaluation were available in wheat breeding for resistance to spot blotch in Heilongjiang.
