目的 测定转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中的浓度 ,探讨其与异位子宫内膜的种植、盆腔粘连的关系。方法 采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定正常盆腔 (15例 )、盆腔粘连 (10例 )、内膜异位症 (30例 )腹腔液中TGF β1的含量。结果 子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中TGF β1的含量明显高于正常盆腔组和盆腔粘连组 (P <0 0 1) ,盆腔粘连组高于正常盆腔组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中TGF

Objective To study on the relationship between endometriosis and transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1).Methods The concentration of TGF-β 1 in the peritoneal fluid (PF) with and without endometriosis were detected by ELISA.Results Patients with endometriosis had much higher concentration of TGF-β 1 in peritoneal fluid compared with those without endometriosis (P<0.01).No significant changes were found regarding the stage of endometriosis.Conclusion These results indicate that TGF-β 1 plays an important role in the establishment and adhesion of endometriosis.
