摘要
目的 探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)和转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在急性脑梗死发病中的作用及与脑梗死体积、病情的关系。方法 采取酶联免疫法动态测定了 39例急性脑梗死患者起病后第 1、3、7天及 14天血清VEGF和TGF β1浓度。结果 脑梗死患者血清VEGF浓度在各时间点均显著高于对照组 ,第 7天达峰值 ,峰值水平与梗死灶大小及临床神经功能缺损评分密切相关。而TGF β1浓度在起病后第 1、3、7天显著低于对照组 ,至第 14天则接近对照组水平 ,血清TGF β1与梗死灶大小及临床神经功能缺损评分无显著相关性。结论 VEGF和TGF β1与脑梗死病理生理过程密切相关 。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1)and their clinical significance in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Serum levels of VEGF and TGF-β 1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at day 1,3,7 and 14 after the onset of cerebral infarction in 39 patients and 28 controls.Results The level of serum VEGF was significantly elevated at each time point (P<0.01).It peaked at day 7,and the peak of VEGF was significantly correlated with infarction volume and clinical disability (Scandinavian Stroke Scale).In contrast,the level of serum TGF-β 1 was significantly decreased at day 1,3 and day 7(P<0.01),especially at day1,which was the nadir,and then tended to return toward the control value at day 14(P>0.05).There was no correlation between circulating TGF-β 1 and infarction volume or SSS.Conclusion VEGF and TGF-β 1 may play an important role in the pathophysiology of cerebral infarction,and VEGF might be of value in predicting the severity of the disease and in future treatment strategies.
