摘要
目的 研制头颅半约束非撞击弥漫性轴索损伤 (DAI)动物模型 ,评价该模型的可行性。方法 根据球面交链原理 ,研制出猫头颅半约束非撞击三维旋转暴力DAI致伤装置 ,用加速传感器测试损伤参数 ,神经丝蛋白亚基 (NF6 8kD)免疫组化检测损伤轴索分布 ,三维有限元方法分析损伤应力分布。结果 3kg重锤自 3m高度撞击测得角加速度 1 37× 10 6rad/s2 ,加速时间 3 91± 0 6 9ms ,角减速度 1 45× 10 5rad/s2 ,减速时间 3 6 7± 1 10ms ,脑内轴索球分布与应力分布吻合。结论 头颅半约束非撞击致伤装置可致猫DAI。
Objective To research animal model of DAI by nonimpact with half bound head and evaluate its feasibility.Methods According to the principle of spherical face linkage,an animal model of DAI was designed,and the injury parameters of the device were measured by acceleration transmitter.The stress distributed in cat brain was analyzed using three-dimension finite element.The axons injured of 6 cats were revealed by NF68kD immunochemistry.Results 3kg steel weight falling from 3 meter height produced 1.37×10 6 rad/s 2 angular acceleration in 3.9±0.69ms and 1.45×10 5 rad/s 2 angular deceleration in 3.67±1.10ms.The distribution of axonal balls corresponded to that of stress in cat brains.Conclusion The nonimpact device with half bound head could cause DAI in cat,and it had some features both in DAI animal model with whole bounded head nonimpact and that with free head impact.
